September 23rd- Goodness, it seems like an eternity since last we posted any good snippits of information....don't let that make you think that we've not been busy!!!...its been a very busy month with various parties and a couple of craft fairs, all of which seemed to go really well...it was nice to meet a few of the people we'd talked to... in person. The blog will be moving soon as we have apparently ran out of space for pictures on here (oops!) but it shouldn't make a real difference....i hope! The whole family including the cats seem to be discovering new advantages to having a small pottery studio...the cats seem to especially enjoy our smallest kiln!

August 6th - Good news today!...we've finally managed to sort out our LittlePunkeroo site.....by moving it!..We're still in the process of putting pictures and content on but at the moment all seems to be going well...we'll let you all know whe its working properly again...
Also good news from Ros at 'The Pottery Shop', there would seem to have been lots of interest in the new range of plated that we have displayed there, so if you've looked at the designs ad you'd quite like one, pop down soon because it won't be long until they are all gone!
August 4th - Well you'll all be pleased to hear that the T-Shirt designing and making went well, we had a busy day which resulted in many wonderous creations!

August 2nd- The pottery painting in the Lock Gallery for Children's crafts was fun last week. Some of the children agreed to me photographing their mugs, these are on the 'find your work' pages.
They're lovely! We will be doing pictures on t-shirts next Monday and Thursday, but I'll have some pottery painting there also in case anyone wants to have a go.
July 30th- I've been having terrible problems with our other site littlepunkeroo.com, I can't upload more pictures, so am going to temporarily re-jig youpunkeroo to incorporate some of the littlepunk stuff.
Basically all of the items for sale will be on the littlepunkeroo pages of this site, and I'll try and make the pages easier to find! I'm developing the stuff into ranges, so will have to re do it all at some point anyway! Sigh. I'd much rather be drinking tea and painting or knitting than spending an hour on the laptop! Also Emma (Lock Gallery) and I have been busy plotting and scheming and we're arranging a Bank Holiday crafty fun day at the Gallery on 25th August. I'll add more details as they are sorted! It should be good, we've had lots of ideas for it.
Ps: You may have noticed in the littlepunkeroo gallery page that there is a little knitted fella called Gibley. The kids wanted me to knit them something fast and fun (they gave me an hour to do it!) and he was the result!

July 29th- Update!...I've now added a few picky's...enjoy!..Joab x
July 29th- I can't figure out how to put pictures on (usually Joab's job), but since coming back from our fab Dorset holiday I've done a few summer-y pieces. I will get Joab to put pics on as soon as possible. They will be in the Pottery shop and also the Lock Gallery from Thursday (mermaids feature quite heavily!!).
We went to Charmouth, and visited nearby Lyme Regis a couple of times- there are lots of galleries and craft places, I felt quite at home!

(A view towards charmouth from the cliff top)
July 18th- We'll be away from the computer and in gorgeous Dorset for the next week so they'll be no more updates until we get back- Dorset always fills us with inspiration so be prepared for some new lovely pieces. We've just finished several more cake plates and they'll be on display in The Pottery Shop and the Lock Gallery as soon as we get back...what d'you think?
July 3rd- I managed to get a picture of the inspiration for the 'chicken mug'...say hello to 'Monk'...she started off as 'Doll face' but due to her extreme lack of hair 'Monk' somehow seemed more appropriate!

Monk is a rescued battery hen who's baldness is the result of other hens pecking her head...but don't worry, thanks to a healthy diet of ALL of my garden plants, her hair is returning. If you'd like your own bald food monster click here to visit the Battery Hen Welfare Trust.
2nd July- Thought i'd let you all know about the new range of childrens plates that we're developing, i've included two pictures of our latest designs below:
'Little Monsters'

'Little Faires'
These designs will be available as sets ( Cup, plate, bowl) or as individual pieces be through LittlePunkeroo or on request from the Lock Gallery or The Pottery Shop (see above).
30th June- We've been talking to Ros in 'The Pottery Shop' in the city arcade, Coventry about the possibility of putting a few of our things in there. As of today we have put a vase and a couple of bowls into the shop with a view to placing a few more if they are popular....fingers crossed!

28th June- It was the Craft fair at the canal basin today, although it was a little quiet it was a lovely day with good weather and some wonderful people. We've put pictures of some of the best pottery pieces in the photo section for you to have a look at, see if you can spot yours.
1st June 2008- Well i guess this is the start of things! Today we have begun to grow YouPunkeroo and have placed some of our treasured pieces in the Lock Gallery in Coventry where Lisa has been made a resident artist!

If you get a chance pop in a have a look around, i may be a little biased but there are some beautiful things in there!
